Refers to the algorithmic system that enables users to generate BS Tokens on a daily basis through participation mechanisms available on the Platform.
BigStarProfits provides a digital technology platform that enables users to participate in a system capable of generating BS Tokens.

digital token production mechanisms
user account management systems
data and interface tools
The Platform does not provide:
investment advisory services
financial advisory services
brokerage services
portfolio management
guaranteed financial returns
Nothing on the Platform shall be considered a traditional financial investment product or regulated financial service.
Users acknowledge and understand that digital assets and cryptocurrency-related activities involve significant risk.
These risks may include but are not limited to:
high market volatility
liquidity limitations
technological risks
potential total loss of funds
By using the Platform, the User expressly acknowledges that:

The User may lose part or all of their contributed assets.

These circumstances shall be considered Force Majeure events.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, BigStarProfits shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including but not limited to:

The Platform may rely on third-party services including but not limited to:
blockchain networks
payment systems

BigStarProfits shall not be responsible for failures or disruptions caused by such third-party services.
Users agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless BigStarProfits, its directors, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from:

This Agreement shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
Any disputes arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall be resolved through arbitration under the rules of the Dubai International Arbitration Centre (DIAC).
The arbitration decision shall be final and binding upon the parties.
Users agree that any dispute with BigStarProfits will be resolved individually, and not as part of a class action, collective action, or representative proceeding.
BigStarProfits reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time.
Updated versions become effective immediately upon publication on the Platform.
By registering for or using the Platform, the User confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service in full.
